Welcome to QCentric Incorporated

QCENTRIC INCORPORATED is an S Corporation registered in the State of Wisconsin with the primary office located in Northeastern Wisconsin. We are focused on the creation, ownership and management of several subsidiaries to formalize the services offered. We provide management support services to start-ups and companies working to achieve higher quality levels within their teams, products, processes and services their customers and clients demand. This management philosophy emphasizes setting extremely high objectives by collecting data and analyzing results to a fine degree to reduce and/or remove defects.

This is the philosophy of Six Sigma.

President/CEO/General Manager
The president is the Company’s chief executive officer subject to the board of directors’ control,  as such (1) superintend and manage the Company’s business; (2) coordinate and supervise the work of its other officers; (3) employ, direct, fix the compensation of its employees; (4) employ agents, professional advisors, and consultants; (5) perform all functions of a general manager of the Company’s business ; (6) have authority to sign, execute, and deliver in the Company’s name all instruments either when specifically authorized by the board of directors or when required or deemed necessary or advisable by the president in the ordinary conduct of the Company’s normal business;  and (7) in general, perform all duties incident to the office of president and such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the board of directors.

Officers & Board Members
The Company’s principal officers shall be president/ceo, one or more vice-presidents/cfo, a secretary, and a treasurer, each of whom shall be appointed by the board of directors. If there is more than one vice-president, the board may establish designations for the vice-presidencies to identify their functions, term(s) or their order. The same person may simultaneously hold more than one office.

Team Leads
The company's Team Leads are trained and certified as Six Sigma Green Belts and have on average 10 years of applied leadership and project management experience.

Current vs. Future State
Whether testing for variations in service, product or process in Real Estate Management, Engineering, Auditing for Quality we must first ask the following: Are your processes stable? Can we assume Normal Distribution? If the process is not in statistical control how can one reliably use their estimates? We are Quality Leaders using statistical control charts to assess processes. In their basic form, these charts (e.g. Xbar–R, Xbar-S) are sensitive to detecting relatively large shifts in the process.
