CEO/GENERAL MANAGER of QUALITY
Dennis L. Pounds founded QCentric Incorporated in 2021.

With over 20 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, 20+ years’ experience in Wisconsin residential real estate sales and management, along with 10+ years in LSS Leadership/Management experience, Dennis understands what it takes to be successful in business. Throughout his career he had the privilege of being invited to train and speak on topics of quality focused leadership thru applied mathematics in various industries. Earning a real estate license in 2000 he become one of a handful of African American/Native-American/USMC Veteran real estate broker/owner from 2006 to 2014. In 1983, Dennis began his professional career as a mechanical designer for Excalibur Automobile Corporation located in Greenfield, Wisconsin engineering a multitude of mechanical components, assemblies and systems specializing in automotive manufacturing and material handling systems. In 2014, Dennis holds degree's in Business Management, Applied Mathematics and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. As a business finance consultant with WEST Business Services (American Express Business Banking), he learned to apply his knowledge and education to meet the needs of the client, exceeding goals by applying Six Sigma Methodology in leadership. As Sales Manager, lead a team of 12-15 members to the following achievements: Exceeding multiple sales goals over several quarters, 3-time American Express Partners Honor Award, 2-time Quarterly Team Leader Award and 2-time WEST Business STAR Award winner in the first 12 months as Sales Manager. Dennis was recruited by Sonoco Products Company in 2018 and became the Plant Manager of Quality (Annual sales revenue of $19-million dollars). Dennis was the catalyst for double-digit quality growth and responsible for leading, managing, auditing, training employees and staff to (TQM) Total Quality Management systems to FSSC22000 Quality Certification standards. Applied Engineering Technology and Mechanical Design, Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt. ASQ Member. Applied standards: ASTM, ASME, ASQ, IATF 16969 Quality Standards, FSSC22000 v5 Audit to Certification and the science involved with Statistical Analysis/Risk Mitigation.
